Question #2, What size would a 14 year old girl wear? She wears "Small-Short" in BDU pants. So under 27 inches waist size I guess.

She has joined the High School Marine Corps JROTC this year. I beleive that I have a budding warrior princess on my hands. She should have the Clan Colors I think. I would buy a kilt for a son in the same situation, why not for her as well?
