Went by SK today, they're still learning new things about traditional kilts and new materials so my new shiny black one will not debut tomorrow night in Belmont.
I did point out that the loops need to match the tartan under them on the demo model of the Premier Line (which unfortunately doesn't fit me else I woulda brung it instead). The buckles and straps look good (1 left, 2 right), NO Elastic waistband either.
They had to restitch my black one using stronger thread than in a normal kilt and it'll be ready about the same time Ambers Cali is done.
