I agree with you about SCD being a healthy thing to do. My wife and I have been involved for 2 years, there are only two or three men involved with our local group and I'm the only one who wears a kilt all the time.
When we get together for gatherings most men wear kilts.
Blu is right, apologise to no one!
I wore shorts the other day myself for the first time in months, I was working on a plank right in front of the entrance to the busiest take away shop in town.
I didn't want to frighten the horses.
