got it. I was not puttin 2 an 2 together. I was just going off the price per yard. the kilts on the kilt page however are a good price.
I did not look on the second page, I was just using this tartan as a well known example.

For Campbell of Cawdow Modern you could indeed pay the prices you quote if you really wanted to have it woven to order and picked the most expensive option, but you could also get it off the shelf for less than half that, with a superbly hand-made 8 yard traditional kilt coming in at about 340 US dollars!!
I'd be extremely grateful if you could explain to me what wasn't obvious to you in our selection process that you managed to miss this! If you key 'Campbell of Cawdor' into the search it returns 17 different materials we have available. It's true that the lowest price is on the second page (not obvious enough? thinks: probably). But even on the first results page there are Moderns a lot cheaper than what you quote. Your advice would be invaluable, as this is just the sort of misconception we'd love to iron out!
