Wow; that's a lot of black. I'd guess grey or oatmeal hose with black flashes, but that's me, not you.
Two of my kilts are predominantly green, with red as the predominant stripe. Therefore green (lovat for one, rifle t'other) hose (or matching Argyll full hose or hose tops), red flashes, occasionally a red tie, rifle green caubeen or glen.
Secondary stripes are blue, so occasionally a light blue shirt, or my favorite heavy blue sweater. My self colored kilt is saffron, so rifle green hose, saffron flashes, occasionally a green tie, & caubeen à la Irish Rangers. My favorite coat's a green tweed.
That's just me. Once, dressed in my tartan, green coat and MacIntosh red tie, with all the nickel on my pipes, my Scottish tutor (who I think secretly suspects that my tartan's Irish) sniffed and opined that I looked "like a bloody Chrrrristmas tree".
