Pure Joy
Hell-o all,
As one who dons a Kilt frequently I have become immune to the strange and oddball questions, and just try to answer them with decorum and without offense. Yet I still enjoy the positives I get.
Last night was no exception. A friend from the coffee shop, who happens to be an artist, had an art show opening at a new art gallery. The opening was spectacular, and I was donning a Hunting Stewart with a yellow shirt and green tie which matched my flashes. Everyone wanted to have my picture taken with them or with Rose (the artist). Yet one comment that I heard was from another guy who was there who wears Kilts often said that he should really wear his more as it looked great.
After that I went to a restaurant not to far from the gallery to celebrate a birthday of a friend of mine. Walked in and was greeted by my friends and as we were escorted to our table, a lot of words that were heard was cool, out of this world, gorgeous, and stupendous!
The thing I loved about it I had not answered any of the usual questions, it was pure joy!
