XMTS Reunites Long Lost Cousins
I just received this E-mail in my professional inbox:
Hello,
My name is William xxxxxxx and I live here in Anchorage, AK. I am working on a family tree for me and my extended family. While searching for names on the internet and as well as family documents, I came across my Great-grandmother, Nathalia Dementieff (nee Clark).
I searched her name online and to my surprise I found a post by you to a website xmarksthescot.com. In it you state that Nathalia Clark Dementieff was your great-grandmother.
I am so curious to know who you are. By someway we must be of relation since Nathalia was in fact of Irish, Russian and Yupik decent. I also looked into the xmarksthescot site and came across a picture of you. You bear a striking resemblance to my grandmother, Beninga "Mollie" Dahl (nee Dementieff).
I hope you do not mind I e-mailing you and I look forward to any response you have to this e-mail.
Regards,
William
It was very exciting to hear from a long lost relative. I hope he has some more family information for me. Who would have thought that putting your info. on XMTS would be a tool for others to find you? O'Neille
