Yesterday we had all planned on going for a good long walk, taking in a few country pubs on route. However, I got myself ready and just after this pic was taken, it started to tip down. Half hour later a few of our gang phoned to say they were'nt gonna come because of the weather.


However, those that stayed in the ball game all met up at one of the Lloyds/Wetherspoons pubs in town, where we regrouped and decided what we would do. Arwyn did have a pint behind him by the way.


We then took of on for a shortish walk to Llandaff, about an hour and a half away, where there is a great real ale pub and grub. Right by Llandaff Cathedral. The walk takes you through all the castle grounds and parks along the river Taff. Did'nt think to take any pics there. Half hour into the walk and the clouds parted and the sun came out and it was glorious. Its only when the Cathedral came into few I thought I'd better take some pics. The Cathedral is in the old part of the city. Heading up towards the Cathedral. You can just see some of the old fortifications.
