I'll try to post some of my photos from last year's Fest as an incentive for those of you within spittin' distance to attend. One of the highlights last year was the Galician band that showed up...I'm still tryin' to get my hands on a copy of their album.

Anyway, it's yet another excuse to hang around downtown Chicago kilted (like we need an excuse?). My advice: start applying your sunscreen now and let it soak in...I never cease to be amazed at the number of fair-haired people of Celtic descent who are walking around turning beet because they think that they're only going to be getting a LITTLE bit of sun. Don't forget the backs of the knees!
