Black tea, I used to get broken orange pekoe, but now I am using Twinings Lady Grey. I must get some more of the pekoe from my favourite vendor back in Portsmouth, Hampshire, where we used to live. It is an hour's drive though.

I also have Twinings green tea and sometimes get Gunpowder tea from the local Chinese grocery.

In the winter I often get fruit teas, but they are normally sold as individual tea bags and the quality varies - possibly with age.

I tend to make black and green tea quite weak, and with filtered water - the tap water here is very hard and some teas just will not release their flavours into it if not filtered. Leaving them to steep just results in a bitter taste.
