The left-hand edge of the over-apron will butt up right against the first box pleat edge. OK, well, at the waist, anyway. It can drift away from the edge a little bit, say a quarter of an inch as you move down to the bottom of the fell. Therefore, all of the material you've got there for the
"The pleat between the over apron and the 1st box pleat."...AKA by kilties as.. "the under-apron pleat" will actually lie in a big fold underneath the over-apron.
