For me the year has already turned - I think this ridge the house is on must be one of those ley lines - or something - there is a real charge in the air.
It is so lively that when I take the Christmas trees outside after Twelfth Night, they try to grow. Conifers can't grow new roots, so they are doomed really, but no - come March they are bursting buds. Nump-trees.
It is 4 am and I can't sleep yet. It's not usually so bad so soon after the longest night.
Ah well, whenever you celebrate and however, may the New Year bring you all that you need, most of what you want, less to disturb you and more to delight in.
Including kilts, and flashes and hose and belts and sporrans and plaids and headgear, footwear, knitwear, and all the wardrobes you are going to need.
Maybe there should be flat pack assembly advice on the forum, and classes at kilt camp.
