Ron, I agree with Todd that the Nova Scotia is, IMO, the most beauiful of the provincial tartans. There is also a Nova Scotia Dress ( STA# 973). Another option is to have an Acadian tartan designed and woven.
Acadians/Cajuns (at least the two I know) have adopted either the Nova Scotia or the Louisiana tartan.
