It was a braw day and with the help of a care worker I was able to get Ann outdoors for the first time since the car rally ten days ago.

The carer stayed with Ann while I went off to Scotsheep 2008, the National Sheep Association's big event which this year was held at Northhouse Farm, seven miles south of Hawick.
