Many Cuban refugees arriving in the US in the early 60s arrived with very little cash, and sometimes only owning a cigar tradename, sometimes this was sold for needed cash, sometimes not. So, yes... their are Punch cigars from Cuba, and from Honduras. Same with Hoya de Monterrey and many other brands. (Punch and Hoya de Monterrey are brands, in the US, of General Cigar, which I believe is now owned by Swedish Match, and are both made in Honduras.)
