Hey guys and gals,

I am not that "tech savvy", so I turn to the rabble for a little advice...

I'm re-doing our whole site and have our web guy doing most of the work, but to keep SOME of the costs down, I'm re-doing the pictures myself. I have the pictures taken and the images saved, but I'm having a problem making the thumbnail pics all the same size. I am using MS Paint to reduce the picture sizes a bit (I know what a basic system it is).

The problem I have is when I'm trying to crop the pics and save them as thumbnails. I have to "eyeball it" and it always ends up an inconsistant size.

Here's what I'm looking for...

A FREE "photoshop" type system that I can download (link where to download it would be appreciated). It needs to show me what the height and width of my CROPPED pics are (preferrably as I'm cropping them). This way, I can choose a standard height and width and crop ALL the thumbnail pictures to that exact size, therefore "standardizing" the site a bit... Currently all my pictures are saved as jpegs, so it would have to work with that.

HELP!
