Even using Microsoft Word is easier for getting exact sizes. If you copy a picture into Microsoft word, and then right click on it, you can format size to the exact dimensions every time. I believe it's the 2nd tab once you right click to format picture. That way every pic will be the same. Plus you don't have to go out and download any more programs to help you with all of it.
