The customer service is better than any I recieved. Earlier today I ordered a SWK Nightstalker Standard (acrylic) kilt, and then abruptly realized I put it on the wrong credit card. If it had gone through, this would have been a huge issue, but within an HOUR of me sending an e-mail explaining the situation, Jerry had e-mailed me back. He immediately rectified the issue and even gave me a handy link to click to finish the new order from the credit card screen onward.
As far as the kilts, I only have one of their incredibly inexpensive "thrifty" models, and to tell you the truth if the pleats were sewn down and it had belt loops, I'd prefer it to my much more expensive SportKilt.
I've got one of their standards on the way and it's almost assured that my first wool kilt will be from them. They're fantastic.
