To answer a couple of questions, the "New York City" tartan is the CITY tartan, not the state. The only 2 state tartans that are "stock" are California and Texas (Bluebonnet).

The Isle of Skye tartan is now available in PV from Pete at CCC and we JUST received our first shipment. Once it's added to the website, we WILL be adding a $15 surcharge on that tartan as the material is double the normal price of PV that we buy (due to special dyes used to weave it and the royalties paid to Rosemary, the designer).
