(So I suppose you don't want me to send you photos of how I make my reverse Kingussie with the centered external box-pleat that doesn't look like anything you've ever seen before! )

Centered external box sounds like the original Kinguisse -- do your knife pleats face the apron? If so that's Kingussie, RevK is just the opposite. I've heard that original K makes it easier to sweep pleats, would be interested to hear first-hand.
