Which Are More Traditional, Braided Epaulets or Solid Epaulets?

They look fine; done all the time.

DITTO. 2 of my Tweeds ( coarser weave) have BRAIDED, 1 (smoother WEAVE) has "flat".

IMHO, The "braided LOOK GREAT on the "coarser weave"

The "flat Look BEST on the "smoother weave" ( a little dressier )
