I've got to say you should see the customer service these guys put in, the system is cutting edge state of the art stuff, and they will do their upmost to see that the customer is satisfied.
So we were taking to Tartsan Hiker and Splash4 on the phone last night and it was decided that Sunday Night would be the best for some kind of get together, somewhere in or near Franklin, after the drive down we could really use something close by. I will update when we've got a place nailed down.
I'm really hoping that the above bolded text was said tongue in cheek. :-) It would be a sad commentary on Canada's technilogical capabilities if you think our system is "state of the art." lol....
I tell people that being a museum we do things the old fashioned way. Most all of our records are kept with pen and paper. McMurdo got to witness first hand our system in action as I got to deal with a few customer issues on the phone during his visit.
