Good-evening All!

Whilst making a reply on another thread I realized that I forgot to tell about our Friday out and about.

I can't remember the last time we had such beautiful weather here in November the temps were up in the fifties with a light wind. We went out to take care of the Banking, stop by the library, and then on to Walmart. I went kilted in a macNeil of Barra tartan kilt (My wife's hertitage) and she was in slacks. I went into the bank and took care of the business with no comments,
then we were off tho the library where again I went in with no comments made there either. Then we went to Walmart to pick up some pet food and some craft supplies for my wife. When we got to the check out lane I went to the end of the counter to load the basket, which took me out to where the clerk (in her late teens but not older than twenty) could see the kilt I was wearing. She exclaimed "Why, are you in a play?" Now I've heard "what's the occasion", "Do you play the bagpipes", and just plain "Why are you wearing that?" But never "are you in a play?". My wife laughed and said "No he dresses like that all the time!" We had to go out for some shelving later and pick up some things to send a friend all without incident or question.

All in all, not bad. Not bad at all. We had some good chuckles out of that one.

Slainte'
