We live over the other side of the Potomac in Maryland. My wife always wears skirts, and one of the few places she has found much selection is in a store near the DC line in a black neighbourhood. Mind you, you might say the complexion of our town has darkened a bit, so theoretically her shopping choices should improve locally!
