No, I wouldn't call it a kilt. It's well into the realm of modern MUG design, IMO.

Mind you, I'm not passing judgement on whether or not you should wear it, just that I wouldn't define it as a kilt. Also, like most of the clothing on that site, it might go over at a trendy club or at Burning Man, but not many other places.

However, if you like it, go for it. Who really cares wht anyone else thinks?
