I guess there was enough to make a full kilt with the 2 pieces, but they were different lengths, you'd have to join (What a pain), and plain ole time constraints. I have so much on my plate that I'm just now starting to get out from under, that taking on a new project just isn't possible.
I have the other piece that I will surely make one of my machine stitched Box Pleats later on in the New Year.
Even though there are only 11 knife pleats, the depth is deep enough to keep it from being flimsy. I'm looking forward to it, and I'm glad y'all like the pleating scheme. Somehow it just worked out with the tartan sett design. I'm liking it more and more!
