    A Free Fraser Highlander

So today we found ourselves back over at Mark and Joan's house, they had something to show me. I tried to convince them to let me have it however they said they'd keep it themselves. A friend of theirs found this in a house he was restoring and gave it to Mark.

The strange thing is that it looks like someone put an extra pleat in the apron, it was very strange to see and I guess was the fastest way to resize it, this besides the fact that it is the Fraser Highlander tartan makes me think it was a regimental kilt, however the tag on the inside and the pleating to the sett make me think it was made for someone. I thought I'd post it here to see what the rabble would come with.

A close up of the extra pleat.
