Surprise at the Traction Engine Rally
Today I was visiting the Three Cocks Traction Engine Rally near Hay on Wye, on the border between England and Wales.
Dressed in my Cornwall Narional tartan, I expected, as usual to be the sole kilted guy around...
Until I encountered this gentleman!

He stated that his tartan was Cameron.
I asked his wife to take a picture of the both of us - sorry it seems to be slightly out of focus.

But it was still a pleasant surprise to find another kilt wearer in this neck of the woods!
