In Australia, until recently where you get the occasional knock at the door from a bright eyed kid and the kids embarrassed father giving you a look like "the wife made me do it!", we don't celebrate Halloween at all.
My Nana on the other hand, she would drag us to church on Halloween and All Saints Day. I was so envious of the Americans! I just wanted to stay home and watch Halloween specials of the Simpsons. lol
