xman's Highland Kilt Mk2: Complete

This one went much better than the first. I want to steam the apron again because it's still a bit wavy and I've pressed hard enough to ghost the edge seam through it from beneath a little, and I might move the inside strap in case the measurements I was given aren't that accurate. I have my suspicions about that. I have plenty of time to get there before I bundle this one up for my eldest niece for xmas.
