Thanks for this - Brooks Brothers has plenty of shirts in my size, and they just so happen to be running a fairly substantial sale. I just got away with 5 shirts for under $200. And all of them are without button-down collars (they've got pockets tho... I tried my best).

I was just telling my wife that as a kid I remember reading a short story that featured a wealthy man who wore Brooks Brother's clothing. For some reason, that story kept me believing that BB's items were of the highest quality, but out of my fiscal means. Glad to see that has been dispelled somewhat.
