Hell. I should know better than to look at any thread about haggis!
So off I go to the MacSween's website, where under Vegetarian Haggis we find these tasty little multi-cultis:

 -- Haggis and Portobello Mushroom
 -- Haggis on Toast
 -- Haggis Spring Rolls
 -- Haggis Pakora

Now I'll have to find something of the sort to try. I make a couple of veggie haggae but it'd be interesting to try something new...

 Burp.

 Cheers.

Get a pan real hot with some lard, tallow, or bacon drippings and fry the haggis. Before removing it, lower the heat and scramble some eggs in it.
Yes, it is very, very good. And even for those who don't like haggis, there is nothing scrambled with eggs that can't be improved with some hot sauce.
Have fun and throw far. In that order, too. - o1d_dude

Didn't know there was such a breed as Veggie Haggis! I thought a Haggis was lamb's meat and some veg etc!!!! This must be like a veggie Cornish Pastie. Perish the thought.
My upbringing in Scotland taught me that if it didn't walk at some time in its life it was not worth eating.

PEEDYC, that is the diet I grew up with in small town South. Of course there aren't many in the South that don't have a bit of Scots ancestry. My saying was always, "salad is what food eats".
