I would guess that this is the band of The Calgary Highlanders, who wear the uniform of the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders. Note the military emblazoned drums in the facing colour (yellow), the red&white diced Glengarries, the sage green shirts, the Lovat green hose, the ordinary shoes rather than ghillies. Presumably they're wearing boxpleated kilts.

I like the look of the black&white Police Dice Glengarries. Usually Police bands wearing these are the only time you'll see pipers in diced Glens; in the military, pipers' Glens are always plain, and civilian pipe bands usually have the entire band in plain Glens. Time to switch to black socks like most of the Police bands have!
It's great to see how many young people you have there participating in piping and drumming! Several of those bands seem to be all teenagers, or younger.
