Thanks Mac,
I figured a seamstress could do it. I always wear whatever shirt i am wearing out anyway so it covers the buckles up. Used to tuck my shirt in all the time but nowadays no one does and i kind of like it that way.
Ordered my kilt a little shorter than most for the warm temps of phoenix. If i like this one i will order an even shorter one for next summers heat.
