I am pleased to hear that I am not the only kilter who has forsaken the delicious (and expensive) scotch whiskeys (single malt and blends) for the lighter, smoother Irish blends. So they can't weave a good tartan. They make a damn fine smooth and easy drinkin' whiskey.
Any reccomendations for Canadian whiskey?
I'm more of a scotch man as well, but I do enjoy Jameson's Irish whisky (Bushmills has been represented enough here today).
As for Canadian whisky there is only one clear choice....Crown Royal.
