That's actually the Welsh National kilt that was made here in Toronto at Hector Russell. As I said before, its 16 oz., 8 yards and its my fave.

I have a 13 oz., 8 yard kilt in "Lloyd" tartan as well. It was hand-sewn by Maria Morrisey at the celtic Clothsehorse in Austin, Texas. The fabric came from Wales. I love the tartan but, if I was going to do it again, I would inquire about having it custom woven in 16 oz. cloth rather than the 13 oz. The 16 oz. just hangs so much better.
