I found it recently and it is still in pristine condition (to my eye anyway). Can this be made into a good sporran, or as some have told me is it to late to use it for anything as the hair will simply fall out? 
Talk to turpin. He's the man I'm going to when it's time to pull the trigger on my full mask badger sporran; he does a fantastic job of making them tastefully.
