Yesterday morning, the postman delivered two packages to Bicknell Grange (as well as the usual selection of junk mail!), but "What could they contain?", I asked myself since there was no-one else to ask.

"There is only one way to find out," I replied, "and that is to open them." Common sense is all that it takes, I thought, shaking my head slowly. Well, imagine if you will my joy and delight at finding that the larger package contained the magnificent XMTS Quaich sent from Norfolk (that's the county in East Anglia) by Chas, whilst the other held the comforting Welsh Rugby Scarf, sent from the top end of Scotland by Chris,

The accompanying log books contain multitudes of fascinating reading matter for this evening, but 'previous arrangements' prevent further photographic excursions probably until tomorrow - St Andrew's Day - so watch this space.
Take care,
Ham.
[PS: I hope the two photos appear - I am having dreadful problems getting them into and out of my Photobucket albums!! Unfortunately, I can see only the first one.]
