(In Southern Oregon, business dress is often a nice sport coat, slacks, shirt and neck tie, and sometimes more relaxed, even among bankers).
I would say that anything above a plain t-shirt or ghillie shirt would be acceptable. polo shirt, button down, a nice sweater or a vest. jacket could possibly be optional. honestly we would rather see some new faces than to be too concerned with how they were dressed.
