Re: The Original MacDougall Tartan Revived
I was able to open the PDF document, so I don't know what the issue is to help on your end, BoldHighlander. Although it seems to have a bunch of spaces missing between words and is difficult for me to read; not sure why.
I went to the root directory of the address of that document and looked under Peter's research link for all of his articles. You might try opening it from that page. Here is the link, it's part way down.
http://www.scottishtartans.co.uk/research.htm
Hope it works, and there's a bunch of other articles you will be interested in, as well...
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Thanks Ted, I appreciate your assistance. Unfortunately this is the case at the wesite links as well. Its been like this in the past too, I'm not sure why.
I don't recall how or who helped me read the other articles in the past.

You must be using an older version of Acrobat. Go online and download the latest version (it's free) and that should sort out your problems. A simple search will pick up a site offering it.for example: http://download.cnet.com/Adobe-Reade...-10000062.html

Strange indeed. I've just been on and opened it directly with no problem. Are others experiencing difficulties and if so does anyone have any suggestions?
