The last few days have been mixed in the UK from very warm to hail/sleet and chilly. For nearly a week I've been wearing trousers partly because of the work environment at the moment and partly because I couldn't believe 6yrds of wool would be cool enough.
I cracked yesterday and after 9hrs in jeans I put a 6yrd wool kilt on.
The sun was out I was cool and comfy, quite a revelation as I really expected to overheat.
Wore it again today in a hailstorm and was mostly warm and dry. I'm lovin it!!!
