Where do wear like the lower edge of the kilt

Exactly 22" below the upper edge of the kilt.

This is the only appropriate response for me, too. Although for me it is 23".

I don't know where it hits my knee, if I look then the edge lowers. I just put it on and hitch it up until it feels comfortable.

My 1st kilt is 24" and feels too long unless worn too high at the waist to feel really comfortable for me.
