Done this twice. Once with the paper towels I use to cleanup after the doggy - at least they stayed in the pocket and I scraped most of it off with my fingernails once dry.
    ? Vacuum cleaner ?

The second was in the cold dryer with a dozen new bright yellow tennis balls to soften up a black Utilikilt cottonduck Workman after the hang drying ( 15 minutes - use hearing protection - LOL). It came out black with a bright yellow aura. It came out of the kilt in the next wash. And I sent my balls through a wash cycle to get the rest of the loose fuzz off of them.
I think dark colors attract these kind of booboo's.

Pants is only a present tense verb here. I once panted, but it's all cool now.

It's paper. Tissue paper. Kleenex fall apart when you sneeze, can't wipe up more than 1cc of water type paper.

Wash it again or soak it, gently agitating until the paper falls apart.
