Great service from retailer

I am best man at a wedding this weekend. Some months ago, back I went to the Scottish and Irish store here in Ottawa to order a jacket and vest for the occasion - an xmas present from the missus. I went with a Scot Blair import and expected it might take a while - which it did arriving about two and a half weeks ago. It was everything I wanted but it was trouser cut. The staff stepped up and started a blizzard of emails to get things sorted out and agreed with no hesitation to my request for a free rental if things fell through. In about a week days I had my jacket and vest in hand and it fit perfectly.

The mess up was annoying but the efforts to fix it redeemed them in my eyes. A good retailer in my books: http://scottishandirishstore.com/

I'm happy to hear they got you taken care of, it's nice to hear positive reviews. On a second, recently discussed topic, it appears in their jacket section that they have plucked some photos from other vendors websites. I think I recognize Heritage of Scotland, Lochcarron, and Kinlock Anderson photos being used (though there may be more) not sure if they are with or without permission though.
