I took a couple of patients to a car boot yesterday and had a guy on a stall say, 'that's a very cool kilt', and one young lady who turned to her Mum and said in the 'meant to be overheard voice', 'I like it, it really suits him'. All good.
A surprising event turned out to be 2 young men 18/20 who, as I glanced back, were heads together sniggering, I assumed they were making fun of the guy in the kilt, but NO, one began to mimic the walk of one of my patients who has severe Parkinsons as a side effect of his drugs.
Whoever dragged that pair up, should have been sterilised
The patient in question is an ex military guy (paramedic) who is only in my care due to the trauma he witnessed in sevice.
Cheers Rhino
