Oh thank G-d! I thought someone was going to want a tartan for the vampire "Twilight" series.

Let's not forget that Billy Mumy had an important role in another Sci Fi series... he was Lennier on Babylon 5!
Hmmm....you would need at least three Mimbari tartans though ...warrior, worker, and religious
(or maybe it would be simply Mimbari Hunting, Mimbari Dress, and Mibari Ancient)

you would have to make it so it only sparkles in natural sunlight and not artificial light...
it would probably be a white/black/grey tartan with red highlights.

But would a vampire have a sporran made from bats? Wouldn't it be a were-wolf fur sporran?

Maybe the cloth could be created by Del Sol and it's the magic of Del Sol's proprietary Spectrachrome® Technology. In the house the tartan would be a grayish color. When you walk into the sun the color is "activated" and comes to life. Imagine the swish impact as your pleats swing and the under pleats go from light to dark.

There I was, at the PARenFair. There is a working forge, making sharp pointy things. There on the counter, I found a stack of wooden stakes, sharp on one end and with a cross burned into the other. I asked the wench behind the counter "Do you really have that big a problem with vampires around here?" She replied "Not the old kind. But these new sparkly ones are just so annoying!"
