Congrats on your completion of your ticket. I have just one more ticket item to complete and I'll be receiving mine (hopefully at the end of the month).
I used to be a Bobwhite, a good old Bobwhite too~

Dennis, congratulations on earning your beads! The kilt goes well as part of your uniform.

Congratulations!
Not just for your achievement, but also for your service to our youth, AND... a great looking kilt.

Congratulations
It is one of those ceremonies that you never forget.
My District Commissioner decided that mine should be done out of doors. The troop was in horseshoe formation; I was called forward; the heavens opened; and the DC carried on. He was only 2 foot in front of me, but I could hardly see him. 50 of us stood to attention, soaked to the skin.
And to cap it all - my brand new woollen Gilwell neckerchief shrank!
Yes I will remember that ceremony for life.
Regards
Chas

Congrats! Now those beads around your neck give folks something to grab when something needs to be done. "You! Come with me!"
I used to be a Bobwhite, a good ole' Bobwhite, too...
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion...

Congratulations!
I was only involved in Scouting for but a single year (as an assistant Den Leader for my son's Weeblo troop) but it was a very rewarding experience.
Cheers
