Could possibly be a sporran BUT looks more like a ladys shoulder bag to me.

My mother had something extremely similar, back in the late 60s, early 70s. If memory serves it is an Italian woman's shoulder bag.
I am not an expert, by any means, but the leather looks too far gone to be re-purposed.

seems like it's a spanish bag ..I think the decor is spanish or moorish ..no glasses on .
