If you get a teeny tiny crochet hook - like the kind used to make lace - you can tuck snags back into the fabric so they don't show.

That sounds like too much work, though I do know how to sew (quite well, actually).
But anyway,
I broke down and got the Black Watch in heavy weight from Stillwater.

If I go for a second, it'll probably be a great kilt for the '45.
(Need to stay focused on the pipes.)
