We do have, at my workplace (Disneyland) employees who are issued Utilikilts to wear at work, the people who work at the Brave "Princess Merida meet & greet".

Their costume is strange, having plain canvas Utilikilts but tartan plaids draped around their shoulders.

They could have got tartan kilts (Indian-made) cheaper than the Utilikilts.
